Description:

A Co-ed course that involves intense workouts and developing technique and muscle memory in core Olympic Lifts with intergration of auxillary exercises.  This would include aerobic and anaerobic training techniques. Each student will study how to plan and write his or her own workout concentrating on a specific body preferences. In addition, each student will study the importance of nutrition in a healthy lifestyle. PREREQUISITE: Physical Education and Strength and Conditioning.
