Welcome to Scott County Schools Gifted and Talented Education Services. Scott County offers services to enrich, challenge, and motivate students who are identified for the program. Students in grades K-3 are identified as high potential learners for the Primary Talent Pool and students in grades 4 - 12 are formally identified for the gifted and talented programs. Students are identified in one of the following areas:
• general intellectual aptitude
• specific academic aptitude
• creative or divergent thinking
• psychosocial or leadership skills
• visual or performing arts
