UPDATED Transportation Reduction Plan

School Bus Photo

Español

To keep school open in person in Scott County we have had to reduce bus routes for the past several weeks because we do not have enough bus drivers to run all routes.

The week your bus route does not run, we hope that as many families as possible will make arrangements to get their students to and from school.  If this is impossible, schools will be in contact with families to plan for the next week’s instruction and assignments.

Every bus rider will be impacted no more than one week through the end of school.  For the week of April 12-16, the following buses will NOT run their usual routes and there will be no transportation available for students living on these routes.

Week #2 (April 12-16, 2021):

CLICK HERE to find the bus numbers and routes for each week through the end of school.  We will continue to evaluate the data and will run as many routes as possible each week.  This constant monitoring allowed us to reduce the number of buses on the list for the past several weeks.  Please look for up-to-date lists with each weekly reminder.

We are actively seeking bus drivers to address this situation. If you, or someone you know, is interested in learning how to join the Scott County Schools transportation team, please contact Josh True at (502) 570-3042 or email josh.true@scott.kyschools.us.
