The following states had an average positive testing rate equal to or greater than 15% of COVID-19 testing during the week of fall break for Scott County Schools.
- South Dakota
If a student or staff member of Scott County Schools traveled to one of the above states during fall break, we ask that they either self-quarantine for 14 days or take a COVID-19 test 72 hours after their return. To prevent the need for a 14-day quarantine, the individual can return to school or work with proof of a negative test result.
School will begin for in-person instruction in Scott County on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
