ECS AND SCOTT COUNTY NINTH GRADE BIOMED AND PRE-ENGINEERING PASS PLTW CERTIFICATION
After a long and arduous process Project Lead the Way has officially certified the Biomedical Science and Pre-engineering programs at both the Scott County Ninth Grade School and Elkhorn Crossing School. This certification comes on the heels of the dedication of Biomedical instructor Dr. Julye Adams, Pre-engineering instructor Doug Klein, Math teachers Pamela Wells and Kim Kyle, Chemistry/Biology teacher Sarah Orear, English teacher Amanda Burrows, ninth grade Biomedical instructor Melissa Nickell and ninth grade Pre-engineering instructor Scott Bailey. This certification is especially prestigious given the programs are both one of the first of their kind to receive certification in the state of Kentucky. Congratulations to the both villages!
