PHILOSOPHY

            The role of health, physical education, and Strength & Conditioning courses is to empower students, families, and communities with the knowledge and tools to achieve the highest level of health, while attempting to decrease unhealthy behaviors and increase involvement in lifetime activities within one’s family and community, such as developing and establishing a student fitness club.
