My name is Jennifer Caudill, and I serve as the Special Education Team Leader at Northern Elementary. I obtained my Bachelor's of Science degree in the area of Special Education from Plattsburgh State University in New York and my graduate degree in Special Education from the University of Kentucky. I have been working with children with disabilities as a special education teacher since 1994. I have been a teacher at Northern Elementary since 2005 and absolutely love my job! I love seeing my students' smiles each day as they master the content that is being taught.
My name is Julie Walker, and I have been teaching children with disabilities since 2005. I have a graduate degree in elementary education, a Master's degree in Special Education and my Rank 1 from Georgetown College. My first year of teaching was at Georgetown Middle School as a special education teacher, and my remaining years have been here at Northern as a special education teacher as well. I enjoy teaching young children and watching their excitement as they learn new things each day!
My name is Ashley Hickman, and I have 14 years of experience working in the area of Special Education. I earned my BA from Arizona State University, and I am completing a MA program in Applied Behavior Analysis. My experience includes 3 years as a self-contained autism teacher in the behavioral health setting and 11 years as a special education teacher in the public school setting.
My name is David Curtis and I have been teaching children with disabilities for 2 years. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and my Masters Degree in Learning and Behavior Disabilities from Georgetown College. I grew up in Georgetown, and my wife and I are former graduates of Northern Elementary. Recently, we became the proud parents of a baby boy.
