Student Works to Save Lives

Harrison Owens has taken it upon himself to advocate for seatbelts for students on school busses.  After determining that it may be too expensive for the state to put seatbelts on busses, Harrison went right to work by writing the governor and starting his lemonade stands.  He has promised to send the money to the governor as soon as he has enough.  While he may not get that much, we are certain he'll find a worthy cause to put the money toward.
